Job Description
We're currently hiring a skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team, specializing Highlevel CRM. This role will include editing or creating funnels, updating or creating automations, troubleshooting issues, updating snapshots, creating funnel related assets and other technical tasks related to the CRM Highlevel (gohighlevel.com). As a Virtual Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in driving new projects forward, maintaining the efficiency of our internal systems, and assisting in lead generation efforts.
How You’ll Contribute:
Updating Copy in Funnel Templates, Automations, Etc.
Develop Engaging Written Content — Use our copy templates to update funnel copy, template copy and email/sms copy in workflows.
Light Graphic Design:
Create Visually Appealing Graphics — Design captivating images, graphics, and other visual elements for funnels & emails using canva and our existing templates
Funnel Creation:
Take my existing templates to develop new variations to a/b test
Troubleshooting:
Troubleshoot workflows on a daily basis to ensure everything is functioning correctly
Workflow Creation:
Create new workflows based on our every-changing needs to help us improve efficiency and effectiveness
Set up new features:
Reading and understanding documentation for new features for us to test and implement
SaaS Support
Assist in managing our SaaS Support Inbox and helping SaaS members with specific troubleshooting needs
What Skills You’ll NEED TO Bring:
Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills - A good communicator is critical when dealing with these types of projects
Proficient in Highlevel — Experience with Highlevel CRM, SaaS and Automations
Ability to edit and create copy using templates, frameworks and AI
Basic Graphic Design Skills — Proficiency in Canva
