In 2015, I was a marketing director for a local home service business making $35,000 per year. I had a passion for marketing and a desire to make a real impact in my employer’s business, but I knew that I was destined to be an entrepreneur.

Then, in 2018 I was at a crossroads…

I had a new but fast-growing agency. There was more work than there was time. It was a good problem to have, but not without its challenges. As a new mom, I didn’t want to be chained to my business.

I wanted freedom in every sense of the word, but every time I took on a new client, I was working nights and weekends trying to fulfill, doing every task big and small, and missing out on precious moments with my daughter that I knew I could never get back.

I started hiring, but what I quickly found was that every time I wanted to grow, I needed to hire ANOTHER person to do it, which was stressful and time-consuming.

I had hit a modest $18,000 in monthly revenue but my operations were chaotic and I was seeing burnout on the horizon.

I was determined to grow my business and streamline my processes, so I watched webinars, attended huge industry conferences, and downloaded every lead magnet I could get my hands on… but it was just too much, and I had no idea how to make sense of it all.

What was the EXACT strategy I could use to grow, without sacrificing my personal life in the process? Couldn’t anyone tell me? After all was said and done, my endless pages of notes sat idly on my desk, never to be implemented or looked at again.

I knew there had to be a better way, so I kept searching.

I joined a few coaching programs, got some value, and my business was doing well, but it wasn’t where I wanted it to be.

I was still throwing things at the wall and hoping they’d stick. Some did, but many didn’t. And while I was growing, I was spending so much time on sales calls that my time was spread more thin than ever before.

I knew I needed to hire a salesperson, but finding one was no easy task. It cost me tens of thousands of dollars and I ended up with nothing.

I was getting plenty of leads and booking plenty of calls, but I needed to create a system of generating the RIGHT types of leads, not just a high volume of them, who had the problems I could help solve so that I could generate more revenue with fewer sales appointments.

What I did next changed everything.

I joined a Mastermind. The kind of mastermind where the price tag gave me a lump in my throat and a sick feeling in my stomach.

But I knew that if I was willing to invest in my business in a bigger way, I would get bigger results, and told myself that if I didn’t get an ROI, I had no one to blame but myself, so I committed to attending the calls, events and implementing what I was told.

I went to one of the 2-Day events shortly after, and learned two strategies that I knew could work for me. I am a firm believer that speed solves problems and that money is attracted to speed, so I got to work straight away.

Within days of returning from the event, I had implemented and was ready to launch!

Within 30 days, I had hit my first $100,000 month. Then $150,000. Then $200,000. Then my first $100,000 weekend and $150,000 week.

I grew to 350k+ a month in less than 24 months, working fewer hours than I ever had, following the exact same processes I’m going to share with you in this event.

When I finally learned how to replicate myself and automate my business I was able to put high-quality lead generation on repeat and create sales predictably, with little to no stress when it came to fulfillment.

My new business model gave me autonomy, separated from typical working hours, and created an elevated business that I love. That's what I want to help you do as well.
