We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Closer to join our high-achieving team. As a Sales Closer, your primary focus will be converting booked appointments into satisfied customers by effectively communicating the value of our programs. We're in search of a target-driven overachiever who is hungry, motivated, and dedicated to achieving and exceeding sales targets. A new or average closer could make between $120K-$150K per year and a solid closer could make even more.
Job Description (Sales manager)
We’re seeking a qualified and energetic Sales Manager to join our high-achieving team. As a Sales Manager, you will be managing the sales team, sales metrics and closing part time. We're looking for someone who has a extensive experience in sales, has been in sales management positions before, and is experienced in the high ticket closing space. You will be dedicated to helping us achieve and exceed our company sales targets. The compensation is a mixture of base and commission, with an expected MINIMUM salary for at least $150,000 per year combined (This will depend on the goals the sales team achieves and your personal closing ratio). You must be data driven, have experience using CRMs to track and manage prospects, understand sales strategy and persuasion, and be a true team player who can coach and encourage others to be at their best!
How You’ll Contribute AS A CLOSER:
Handling A Calendar of Booked Appointments — Utilize your persuasive skills to engage leads over zoom following a proven script and process
Achieve Sales Targets — As a performance-driven individual, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective closing techniques.
Build Rapport — Establish rapport with potential clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the benefits of our programs.
Follow up with past leads - Convert more of your appointments over time as they become ready to take the next step
